Inning accordance with the suit, Hargrove was a “disgruntled client that bought a great deal of underclothing with his trousers down and his own clothes on” when he arrived in the city late in 2008.

Authorities have charged him with burglary and vandalism after detectives say Hargrove took taken trousers, t-tee t shirts and various other items on July 14, 2008. Hargrove’s next court look is still to be set.

“The City of New Orleans may have no role, obligation, or capability whatsoever in this situation,” said Mayor Mitch Landrieu. “Absolutely nothing in this situation could have changed what we understand about the habits of a small private resident.”

Hargrove will soon remain in court, but in March government authorities raided his car and charged him with 2 misdemeanor matters of unlawful grand larceny and one felony matter of production incorrect declarations.

His court look is set for April 18 in New Orleans Region Superior Court on a fee of third-degree grand larceny which brings a prison sentence of 15 months.
